Buying a home with someone in your corner
Every step explained before you sign anything, and promises in writing, from the first meeting to the keys.
Every buyer starts in a different place
Some buyers have never owned a home. Some are moving here on orders with a report date already set. Some are selling one house to buy a bigger one, and some are paying cash for exactly the home they've pictured for years. Buying a home in Clarksville looks different for each of them, which is why I don't start with houses. I start with you.
Our first meeting is a consultation I call Mutual Permission to Reject. I explain how I work, ask you seven questions about what you really want and why, and either of us can say it isn't a fit. Most buyers tell me that hour takes more pressure off than anything else in the process.

What you can count on from me
- Every step explained, always. Loans, down payments, contracts and deadlines explained before you have to decide. I'd rather you ask twice than guess.
- Promises in writing. I'll always be on time, I'll always tell you the truth even when it's hard to hear, and I'll always do what I say I'm going to do.
- A real opinion on every house. If a home won't serve you well, including whether it would sell well later, I'll say so, even if it costs me the sale.
- Someone who picks up the phone. I became an agent after my own agent went quiet on me mid-contract. That won't happen to you.
- Freedom to walk away. You can cancel working with me at any time, for any reason.
Find the page that fits your move
Every situation has its own page with the questions that matter most:
- First-time buyers: the whole process, explained before it matters
- VA and military buyers: PCS timelines, VA loans and the gate you'll use
- Relocating to the area: choosing where to live from out of state
- Trading up: selling and buying without two mortgages
- Luxury homes, waterfront homes and land and acreage
- New construction and investment property
The full step-by-step is in how I help you buy a home.
