Keri Gilles

I'm Keri Gilles, a REALTOR® with Haus Realty & Management, licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. I help first-time buyers, military families, move-up and luxury buyers, and sellers across Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky.

I didn't start in real estate. I was a nail tech for more than 15 years when my husband and I relocated to Tennessee. Our agent wouldn't leave Clarksville to show us homes, so we found our own, and once we were under contract we could hardly get her on the phone. We felt lost. I looked at my husband and said, I could do this, and I could do it better.

That was 2017. Since then I've helped clients close on 199 homes, from $80,000 to $2.775 million, including luxury homes, land and lake-view properties. I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and e-PRO certified, and I'm part of the Don Martin Team at Haus Realty & Management.

Military moves are personal for me. I'm the daughter of a veteran, and both of my sons are serving on active duty right now. I know what orders do to a family's timeline, and I know how much it matters to have someone in your corner who picks up the phone.

The way I work comes straight out of that first move. I sit down with you before anything else happens, I explain how it all works, and I put my promises in writing. Whether you're ready to buy today or six months from now, there's a plan, and I'll stay with you when it takes longer than expected. I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, even when it costs me the sale.

Outside of work, it's family. I've been married for 25 years, we have two sons and a daughter, and six grandchildren, and our favorite place to get away is Florida. I support SAFE in Clarksville, which helps veterans' families in hard times, and I sponsor several local youth sports teams. My clients become like family too.
