How Keri Gilles, REALTOR® with Haus Realty & Management in Clarksville, TN, collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website.
What this site collects

This website belongs to Keri Gilles, a REALTOR® licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky with Haus Realty & Management. This page explains what information the site collects, where it goes and what I do with it.
The site only collects what you choose to send me. When you fill out a contact form or request a guide, the form asks for your first name, last name and email address. It may also ask for your phone number, a message, and a few questions about what you're looking for. Phone and message are optional unless a form says otherwise.
If you give a phone number and check the box agreeing to text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
The site also keeps a note of how you arrived, for example which search or ad brought you here, so I know which of my marketing is working. That note is kept in your browser only for that visit and is sent along with a form if you submit one. It describes the link you clicked, not you.
Like almost every website, the server that runs this site keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. This site does not run advertising pixels, analytics tags or session recordings.
Who receives it
When you submit a form, your information goes to me through Follow Up Boss, the system I use to keep track of the people I'm working with and follow up with them. It is not posted anywhere public.
A few companies help run this site and process information on my behalf:
- Follow Up Boss stores the contact information you send and the notes on our conversations.
- Vercel hosts the website, so it receives the standard technical information any web host sees when a page loads.
- Google Maps provides the maps shown on some pages. When you view or use one of those maps, Google may receive information about your visit under Google's own privacy policy.
I don't sell your information, and I don't give it to other agents or companies to market to you. If you ask me to connect you with someone, like a lender or an inspector, I'll only share what's needed for that introduction, and only because you asked.
I may also share information when the law requires it, or with my brokerage, Haus Realty & Management, as part of the normal supervision of my real estate business.
How I use it
I use your information to answer your questions and help you buy or sell a home. That includes replying to your message, sending the guide or information you asked for, scheduling showings and appointments, and keeping you updated if we work together.
If you send me your email address, I may also send you emails about real estate: home search results that match what you're looking for, market updates, and similar information. Every one of those emails includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can stop them at any time.
I keep your information until you ask me to delete it. Many of my clients come back years later, and keeping their details means they don't have to start over. If you'd rather I didn't keep yours, tell me and I will delete it.
Filling out a form on this site doesn't make you my client, and it doesn't create any agreement between us. That only happens if we sign a written agreement together.
Calls and text messages
If you give me your phone number, I may call you about the question you asked or the service you asked for.
I only send text messages to numbers whose owners checked the box agreeing to them. That box is never checked for you, and you don't have to check it to send a form. If you agree, message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me depends on what we're working on.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call me at (931) 320-8028. Stopping texts doesn't stop me from answering a question you send me another way.
Your choices
You're in control of what I keep about you. At any time, you can ask me to:
- tell you what information I have about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop sending you marketing emails or text messages
To unsubscribe from emails, use the link at the bottom of any email I send. To stop texts, reply STOP. For anything else, email or call me using the details below, and I'll take care of it. I may need to keep some records my brokerage or the law requires me to keep, such as the paperwork from a completed transaction, and I'll tell you if that applies.
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
